About FREAN BEAUTY 

1. What is the meaning of "FREAN"?
"FREAN" is a combination of the word "Free", "Green"and "Clean". This embodies our aspiration and passion to discover toxin-free, cruelty free, and clean beauty products.  To know more about us, feel free to visit our About Us page. 

2. Why do we need Clean and Toxin-free beauty?
Beauty products are getting into our body systems through our skin and our mouth (think about lipstick) everyday. However, we seldom spend the time to actually look at the ingredients of the products but only noticing by the "benefits" of the products that the brands feed to us. However, ,
any beauty products in the market contains harmful chemicals that cause irritation, and some chemicals can potentially harm our bodies such as adversely affecting our liver and endocrine system. Therefore, using clean and toxin-free beauty is of paramount importance to us (and you too). 

3. What is your definition of Clean and Toxin-free beauty?
We only curate products that are clean and toxin-free. To know more about our standards, please visit our Our Standards page.  

4. Are your products authentic? 
Our products are 100% authentic. We curate the products directly from the brand itself or its authorised distributor. 

Shipping 

1. What is the shipping rate?
Shipping fee is calculated at check out according to weight. You may choose Standard or Express shipping according to your preference, all shipping options are tracked.

2. When will the products be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 2 business days. A confirmation will be sent via email after the order is shipped.

1. Where can I get help with my purchase or order?
If you have any questions, you can always reach us through email at hello@freanbeauty.com. Alternatively, you can also contact us through Facebook message button that is located at the bottom right corner of the site. 

2. Do you have a royalty programme?
Yes we do! Simply sign up for an account and you will get 100 points, and afterwards 1 point will be awarded for every 1USD spent.
